Rap artist since 16.
I originally wanted to be a rockstar, which is why I grew my hair out.
With a USB mic and Audacity, I unintentionally began my engineering journey and decided to go to Hostos College for it.
At some point Mac Miller inspired me to learn to rap, from the most basic techniques to the most advanced. I used the How To Rap book and a whole lot of documentaries to figure it out.
My music is a blend of everything that inspires me: hip hop, modern rap, Latin music, rock and a touch of R&B. I’ve been told I remind people of the greats and legends of rap, both dead and alive: Jay-Z, Kendrick, J. Cole, Biggie, Method Man, Lil Wayne, ScHoolboy Q, Mac Miller, Big L, Nas and more.
I’m a DIY independent artist, engineer and producer with the tech savviness and the musical ear to blend the new with the old and cultivate a lane that most don’t take.
With mentors and communities like Wavy Wayne and his Elite Engineering Co (formerly The Wavy Seals Elite), Niles Waves teaching me to make my own beats, and Justin Allen teaching me to play piano at a high level in a short time, I know I can bring every idea that runs through my head to life.
How badly do you really want it?
I ask myself that every day. It’s why I’m on a forever learning journey.
